Camille and Ryonen by itsajackal
This might look like one of my Polaroids but it’s not. It was shot by Alex, AKA itsajackal.
Camille stayed with me for a few days while she was in Portland back in January. Alex wanted to shoot her and Ryonen together. He’s an artist but shoots reference pics that he draws from later. They asked to use my apartment to work in and I agreed, since I knew the models so well and had talked with Alex some online. I had to work that day but I agreed to let them use my place. My one condition was that Alex take a Polaroid of these two ladies for me with my camera and film. That was my studio rental fee. Alex is a super generous guy and also threw in a couple of his original drawings.
I ended up arriving home from work right after Ryonen left, but I got to talk with Alex for a bit which was very fun. It sounds like they had a very fun shoot and will probably do it again someday.
everything that rich says is true. except the part about me taking this photo. oh and the part about me being generous. i’m a horrible person that should be taken out back and shot.
